Onice is a project dedicated to the retrieval of onyx. This incredibly scarce mineral has been revered since ancient times for its unique beauty and symbolism, playing a significant role in the creation of exceptional and meaningful pieces.

Mexico is one of the few countries in the world fortunate enough to have deposits of onyx, which is officially classified as a semiprecious stone. Onyx has accompanied the evolution of Mexican culture, from the creation of ceremonial vases during Prehispanic times, to its use in the decoration of churches during the colonial era. Today, it continues to inspire high-end and forward thinking design projects led by Mexico’s top designers and architects, both within the country and internationally.
